Understood. I myself always wondered why anyone would use one of these, they look goofy, and I didn’t think something so small could really help. But this came on the used X that I bought, and riding it home I was astonished at the lack of buffeting, so left it on!

With 90 pages of just windshields and no clear answer I say if it works for you go with it and yes I have seen on this site alot of people using a clip on I see nothing wrong with it
