Navigators

Just bought and fitted a Garmin Zumo XT - a lovely, intuitive piece of kit. The standard motorcycle mount is a little bulky and clumsy, but works okay.  However, I think I'll be looking for a neater and more secure mounting system (the bog standard mount provided is really for the handlebar or clutch lever mount).

I also purchased the Zumo XT, and think Garmin finally got the motorcycle GPS right.  I found the clutch mount works great on my other bike (Kawasaki Concours) and installed the handlebar ball next to the clutch on my CB500X.

This will be my next purchase after Christmas, I will be mounting it on the 12mm  accessory  bar with one of these jobbie thinggies,
Looks like a 3D printed mount.

I also ride a Honda CB500X (2019) and had to adapt the mount to use the small bar behing the screen - a small brass plate mount, bent to shape, did the trick. The GPS is now only a little below my eyeline, which is useful.

Just fitted my Garmin Zumo XT, using a 25mm Dia Aluminum Stand Off Spacers which I perchased on ebay.
You could bring it down a bit lower with a Ram Mount RAM-B-231ZU Handlebar U-Bolt

Would you happen to have the link for the Aluminum Stand Off Spacers?  That looks very neat.
