Thanks for the replies so far, very helpful. I am going to try the Rox Risers as nearer is what I am really after. It does look to be pain but I'll see how I get on.
Hi, did you end up trying Rox Risers?  How did it work out?

I notice that they only do the 20mm risers for the 19/20 model and not the bar back versions.
I have the 28mm bar back versions which I may be trying next week hopefully.

I think the reason for just 20mm rise is in Germany they are very strict about what can be installed and must be govt approved -TUV-so 20mm is the most you can go without rerouting cables which is not approved - in the SW-Motech add they show a 2019 X with the risers installed-they look good-just not sure if a 20mm rise would do any good

I have them. Fit nicely. The clearance with the barkbusters and the tank is safer now too (it was really close before). For riding seated for me I prefer the stock position, as I have the feeling my arms are quite high now. But looking at raising the seat a little now (why can't I find Seat Concepts Tall here...).
When standing, its perfect for me. But that's just 0.5% of my riding time :)

Did you have to move the cables out of the S shaped clips near the steering lock I had to do it on my 16reg when I fit 25mm risers but it never looked tidy after, so Iíve resisted the urge to fit the SW Motech  20mm to my 19 up to now.

I installed the Tusk 30mm risers.  The front brake line and wiring harness was a little tight, so I removed the bracket that holds those two together and now there is no issues.  The rise made a difference, much more comfortable.
