He's on a very flat, level surface which makes it easier to get your feet down - I'm sure on road would be manageable (just watch for slopes and hollows when stopping!) - off road might be a different matter with the X's height and weight.

Someone earlier suggested NOT buying a new bike for your first bike, that's a good idea and would mean looking at a 2018 or earlier model, which is very slightly lower because of the 17" front wheel, and is (possibly) a more road orientated bike, while still being able to tackle some off road stuff if you feel the need.  I never do!!

Royal Enfield and BMW are Indian built singles - I've owned an Indian built Enfield 500 and would worry about build quality.

Honda is a much smoother twin, always better in my book, and more powerful too, but don't be fooled, it's built in Thailand not Japan.  Then again the Triumph Speed Twins are built there too, and neither have a reputation for poor build quality.

Basically - HONDA!!   :152:

Why ruin a perfectly good 2015 X?  :008:

When is a lockdown not a lockdown?  I live in a small village with a country walkway running through it - now that everyone is to stay at home, but is allowed out to shop, for a walk or with the dog, there are more people out and about here than usual!!

My wife insisted on a walk anyway, but I turned back..... better safe than sorry?

Yep - I was at a big brand superstore this morning (ASDA), and they were only letting in 5 customers at a time.....

We went to Balmaha on Loch Lomond this afternoon for a bit of a walk, there was no access and all car parks were closed.

Passed a McDonalds on the way home - they are all closing long term tonight, and there was a queue of cars right out onto the main road!!

I recon a total lockdown is imminent here in the UK.   :019:
