Well after I added a slip on pipe I got popping on decal  I expected that but was not going to tear half the bike down to plug the pair valve    a little Youtube search  found out you only have to remove one cover  and it's right there  5 min job  no popping  sometimes it's the little thing's that work out right

I have been on many a bike forum  one thing I see different about this 500X site is the way people like to make home made stuff   I really enjoy doing this 20 hours soft bags hard mounted 5 hours bar mounted windshield 2 hours rear shock guard and so one  and it seems I'm not alone  it just seems the 500X was made for this kind of fab.  does it all look factory NO  anyone can throw a bag of money at a bike and kit it out  but after looking at some pictures of stuff that was done I have to say- well done- and you can say this bike is mine like no other  keep it up

Has anyone tried the 009 Raven by Shinko been reading some good stuff about them  seems the price is right and being I'm a cheap old fart they might work well

Looking for a slip on muffler in the USA that can be used with a center stand with out rigging something    after looking it seems there are no slip on with center stand bracket for the CB500X  that don't cost a bunch  so never mind   tried to delete couldn't

I know some of you have tried the Triumph fork protectors on your bikes, which one works the best the short 05 or the long 010
