Chain wear label on the swingarm
« on: August 04, 2013, 06:33:09 PM »
:187: My bike only has a chain wear label stuck to the left side of the swingarm: Is anybody else's bike like this? Surely the bikes should have one on both sides.

Same on mine- the label is on the chain side. If the axle is even you should only need it in one place, but I'm sure not many people even notice the one anyway.

yep, my old cb500 (1998) used to have it on both sides. I suppose the way to adjust the chain is to make sure that you count the turns when tightening on each side so that it stays even....
