Anybody have any input on how long it takes to get rally raid kits for the CB-X?

I ordered a L1 kit in January of this year.
I'm in Florida
It took about four weeks to reach me from the date of order.
I had told them not to rush though.
YMMV

It's not a sport unless you can suffer massive internal injuries.

Sounds good, I ordered mine on 2/24/17 so hopefully it will be arriving soon.

Did you get a shipment notice prior to the packages coming?

My L3 kit took 8 weeks and arrived last Monday.  Patience is a virtue, order lead time is quoted on the website as 4-6 weeks.

Patience is a thing of the past.   :030:

I'm having so much fun riding it off road up in the mountains, beating the bejesus out of it and me.  Can't wait to see what she is like with a proper set of tires, protection and ground clearance.  I've been riding with a buddy who has full knobbies and just can't figure out why I can't find the traction to keep up.   :745:

Hi dkjkwood (and anyone else wondering) - if the parts you want are shown in stock on the Rally Raid web-shop, you can usually expect them delivered to the US between 5-7 working days.

If a particular part is out of stock, then the web-shop defaults to a 4-6 week lead time automatically, as this is [usually] the longest any particular item would be out of stock (most items machined in house are replenished sooner that that) - and in the case of the CB range of parts, it is most often the wheels as they have to be built in batches by our wheel-builder, and typically almost all are sold before the next batch arrives to fulfil orders - hence the current lead time.

Rally Raid have significantly upped hub production in the last month or so in an effort to bring this lead time down, and ultimately to hold wheels in stock for immediate dispatch... However, keep in mind that the various wheel options mean that you may still find your particular spec drops out of stock from time to time - so it best to get your order in once you've decided (eg. black or gold rims, tubed or tubeless option), and be prepared to wait around a month if you want a full LEVEL 3 kit.

Hope that helps...

Shipment notice?
No but I did phone them and they advised re: shipping date.
They were extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke with them.
As it stands, my parts are in storage still in the original box.
(I'm in the process of remodeling my existing home and attempting to buy a new one)
Customer service is excellent from RR.

Sorry, I should have mentioned... Rally Raid use UPS to ship worldwide, and once the order is dispatched, you ought to automatically get a notification from UPS (with your tracking number etc.) to the email address you supplied at the time of order.
