Agreed, it’s a little sad to watch the bike being dragged through the muck and mud.

Great video with good info.  Glad the rider is taking that kind of course.  I could sure use one. 
The bike is just a tool so I don't feet sorry for it.

Since the bike had a Rally Raid bash plate I assume it has Level 2 suspension.  I would not want to try that with the stock suspension.  It looks like that training would be more fun on my WR450F than my CB-X. 

Note to self:  Get stronger bars and better suspension than stock before off road riding on the CB-X.

Correct. Bike had a L2 kit if I remember correctly. Also itching to get to some trainings as well. I don’t have much dirt skills.

Those bars are like cheese. I think wrong bike for those obstacles, hence the reason why off road riding schools don't use CB500X's.
That log obstacle was a no go from the start, most of us couldn't even do that with a mountain bike.
