What is safe power of auxiliary front LED lights? For example is 2*30W still OK?

Yes, but only use the front blue wire to trigger a relay to power the lights, if that's your plan. You will need a fuse between the power source for the lights and the relay.

Thanks - OK, what about 2*60W? Is it possible for alternator which is rated 500W@5000rpm to handle such additional power?

I am thinking about two such lamps: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32870349175.html

Yes, it should be fine. I am using about that much for my lights.
