New from Perth, Australia
« on: September 03, 2019, 11:56:30 AM »
Total newb here... new to the forum, new bike (2019 CB500X) and new to riding a motorcycle (5 hrs and counting). If it sounds like a midlife crisis then yes it is. But as my wife says this should work out cheaper for me than having an affair  :191:
Looking forward to getting and sharing some valuable information and experiences.

:400: You picked a great bike and a good vice! And as you get older, you don't have to go as fast to have fun!

Welcome from the US! I'm new (again) to riding as well! The CB500X is a great bike to start on IMO. It certainly has more ability than I do right now! You'll enjoy yours too! :002:

You can't beat a 'petrol driven' mid-life crisis - I'm on my 4th - built a kit car in 2003, sold that and bought an MGF in 2005, then a Mazda MX5 (Miata) in 2006, and since 2009 I'm back on bikes!!    :401:
The Story So Far.........
2017-2019: 12000mls recreational use - 89.73mpg UK; 74.72mpg US; 3.15litres/100km

Welcome to the forum, neighbour.
I've been adding accessories (mostly homemade) to my '19 X. Refer to my posts; if any are of interest you can come over and eyeball them.
