what is the best  and easiest way to drain half tank of fuel from tank?

Thanks, 1/8 flexible tubing- all i had- took about 15 min to empty- miss those petcocks from years ago

I use a sealey vacuumn oil extractor pump, it's good for quick oil changes on the car as well.
