Givi crash bars
« on: February 25, 2020, 02:06:22 AM »
Can anyone tell me if I can install the upper Givi TN 1121 crash bars with the Givi TN1171 lower crash bars together on a 2016 CB500X? Thanks in advance.

I suppose that the best advice would come from Givi themselves, and I would ask on https://www.givi.co.uk/contacts-page-en/contacts-en...  Notice that the lower bars seem to be specific to the 2019 version of the CB 500, while the top bars are for 2013-2018.

I would expect that they are compatible, though. I mounted the top bars on my 2016 CB 500 X.  They attach on the bolt highlighted here.

The lower bar attaches behind the frame (inside) while the top bar attaches in front of it (outside).
